Payment:

We accept and prefer credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) through PayPal or Google Checkout. You select which you prefer during the checkout process. You can pay with your credit card through PayPal without having or creating a PayPal account. We will also accept cashiers checks or money orders. Please do not send personal checks or cash.

Make cashiers checks/money orders payable to: Lady Abigail's C&G and send to address on printable invoice.

~~~International Orders - Payment & Shipping~~~

If you are outside of the United States and wish to purchase something from us, we are happy to work with you but we do not currently offer this option through our store. Please send us an email with the item(s) you want to order, the amount of each item you want, and your location. We will email you back with a total (including shipping) and ask that you then confirm that you would like to go through with the purchase. We will then send you an invoice through PayPal. Once the invoice is paid, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, with a 6 to 10 day delivery estimate. International orders must be paid for via PayPal.

Shipping:

United States Shipping

We ship orders next business day* via the United States Postal Service. Customers can select USPS 3-5 Day Shipping or USPS Express 1-3 Day Shipping. Items sent via USPS 3-5 Day will be sent via First Class or Priority Mail. Items sent via Express will be sent via USPS Express Mail.

USPS Express Mail will usually get your package to you overnight, but in some cases, depending on what part of the country you are in and what time the package goes out, it may take up to 2 days to reach you. If you select Express Mail service, Lady Abigail's cannot guarantee overnight delivery and will not refund shipping for this service.

A few select items may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post with a 4 to 9 day delivery estimate due to excessive size and/or weight.

Rates for Shipping & Handling within the United States:

*If you are paying with a cashiers check or money order, the item will not be sent out until we receive and process payment.

**If your order qualifies for free shipping, please note that we reserve the right to choose the lowest priced shipping method available. This may change the delivery time frame in which your item will arrive. For example, a large order that weighs several pounds will probably be shipped via USPS Parcel Post with a delivery time frame of 2 to 9 days. This is why we also allow the customer to select USPS 3-5 Day shipping if the order is needed sooner.

We do not currently have international shipping available on our site. However, if you find something in our store that you can find no where else and you really want to purchase it from us, please contact us via email and we will give you a shipping quote before you commit to buy. We will ship international orders via USPS Priority Mail International with a 6 to 10 day delivery estimate. International purchases must be paid for via PayPal.

Returns:

We hope the items you purchase from us exceed your expectations and we take every measure we can to ensure this. However, if something is not up to your expectations we will do our best to remedy the situation. Refunds or exchanges will only be given if a problem is brought to our attention within 14 days after the item is received. Please follow the below steps if you are not completely satisfied with your item.

For all returns/exchanges, we must be contacted within 14 days of receipt of item to issue a return authorization number. We must then receive the item back within 30 days following authorization. Exchanged items or returned monies will not be issued until we receive the original item back in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging still intact. We cannot accept returns on items damaged in the mail if insurance was not purchased. Shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend insurance or signature verification on return packages because we cannot refund/exchange items we do not receive back.

Please be aware that most plush animals will have some loose excess “fur” that is a normal byproduct of the manufacturing process. Similarly, the plush items may have strings or plastic tags that should be removed with scissors. This is normal and is not a defect.

As your new plush friend has been living in some cramped quarters while on its journey to meet you, it may need a little TLC in the form of fluffing him or her.
