Lady Abigail's Collectibles & Gifts. Gift Certificate. Gift certificates make the perfect gift when you are not sure what else to get. And we’ve all been there! So if you have an occasion to buy for but no clue what to buy, try a gift certificate!
Gift certificates show the recipient that you put thought into the gift, but just weren't 100% sure of exactly what they would love best. So now they will have the fun of shopping for something special for themselves. This assures they will get something they love, because they are picking it out!
Customizing Amounts:
Our gift certificates come in 6 set amounts, but it's easy to customize the amount of your gift certificate. If one of our preset amounts meets your needs, simply add it to your cart. Or you can use the quantity option to increase the amount. For example, our preset amounts are $5, $10, $25, $50, $75 & $100. But if you want a $15 gift certificate, simply select the $5 certificate and put in a quantity of 3. If you want to give $20 or $30, simply go to the $10 certificate and put in a quantity of 2, 3, 4, or more...and so on.
How the gift certificate works:
When you purchase a gift certificate, you have two options for sending it. We can either send the recipient their gift certificate code via email, or we can mail a paper certificate to their home address. Please specify your preference in the "comments" box as you check out. Emailed certificates will be sent to the recipient within 24 hours of purchase (when paid for with PayPal). Mailed certificates will be sent via USPS First Class Mail and may take up to a week to be delivered (within the continental US).
Whether you choose an email or paper certificate, you may compose a message to be included in the "comments" box as you check out. Also, please include the recipient's email address in the "comments" box, and if you selected a paper certificate, please fill out the recipient's address as the shipping address when you complete payment.
When the recipient receives their gift certificate code, they can use it to shop in our store as they normally would. They will enter the code as they check out and the gift certificate will be applied to the total. If they spend above the gift certificate amount, they will be prompted to enter their own credit card/PayPal information to cover the difference. If they spend less then the gift certificate amount, their balance will be saved in our system and they may use it to shop with us again.
Additional Info:
Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash. If a gift certificate purchase is cancelled, the balance will return to the gift certificate account.
Lady Abigail's Collectibles & Gifts will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate codes.
Gift certificate codes will automatically be enabled when payment is made via PayPal. If you are paying with a money order or cashier's check, the certificate will not be enabled until payment is received and processed.
