Clearance Item. While new, the last bears we have in stock have poorly working, or not at all working, speaking and moving mechanisms so we are offering them on deep discount as they are still very cute bears and would make for a lovely Christmas decoration. Please note, these are the original Story Time Bears, as seen in the picture, as Gund has updated the look somewhat every year.
Gund. This soft & adorable bear comes with a Santa hat over one ear and a mouse friend perched on his arm. Story Time bear holds a green velvety book with "'Twas the Night Before Christmas" embroidered in gold on the cover.
When you press his paw he begins to read from the book and he tells the entire story in about 3 minutes (you can press the paw again and he will stop reading, there is also an off switch on the battery box). His head and mouth move along perfectly to his words which are spoken in a pleasant male voice.
StoryTime Teddy Bear's book now has part of "Twas the Night Before Christmas" written on the inside! A detailed touch that makes an already great christmas bear even better.
