Williraye Studio. This adorable Puppies in a Wagon Figurine, called "Waggin' Around" by the artists, features 3 sweet pups, most likely yellow labs. Each has a blue bird perched on it's happily wagging tail and one holds on to the flag. As the title suggests, the three pooches are lying around in an old wagon, looking cute as can be.
The wagon can actually roll along on its four working wheels and the handle can move up and down.

About Williraye Studio: The team behind Williraye is actually a married couple, Jeff and Bobbe Punzel-Schuknecht. The name of their studio is derived from their middle names.
