I'm not sure who Pirate Scurvy^TM thinks he's fooling as we can see his bones, but maybe he thinks we'll be impressed by his dashing hat, red bandana and eye patch. And, frankly, he'd be right!

Another design element I love with this already cute character is that his "pants" can be rolled up his legs. A small but detailed addition.
