This Chocolate Truffle Eggs Kit makes a great gift when you're not sure what to get. Or get them for yourself and make them, package them in a nice container, and they'd be a great hostess gift!

The kit contains one package of chocolate chips (gourmet chocolate, sugar, cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, natural vanilla) and one package of cocoa. All you need to add is a 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 2 teaspoons of one of your choice, either vanilla, cognac, grand marnier or your favorite liquor. Optionally you can add confectioner's sugar to the cocoa if you want to cut the bitterness. Additionally, these candies can be transformed with other ingredients if you so choose, examples are listed on the bag. 1 package makes about 30 truffle eggs.
